I came to faith over 60 years ago in a small chapel that was an offshoot of Surrey Chapel Norwich UK, which was launched by Robert Govett who is renowned as having been a father figure in promoting 'Kingdom Truths' of which the 'Gift and the Reward', and 'Partial Rapture' were essential elements (see google search).

I am equally 'with you' in the Gap theory and your other three points, with the exception of the apostle locality thing which I have to ponder upon.

It was the most difficult for me too to accept Scriptural locality, but I finally gave in after accepting the dividing of spirit, soul and body; osas arminian; partial rapture; and gap restoration.
