The First Person to escape the Matrix from the 1st Matrix iteration had to have built the Nebuchadnezzar and Zion, which is the Temple under the Law of the OT. But where would He get the resources or gain the knowledge for all the technology? He is anthropomorphized in the OT. Therefore, He must be God the Father which no man can see Who was first revealed in the OT as Creator of the Law which can be broken. Each iteration is 1000 years so 4000 years under the OT and 2000 years under the NT, leaves 1000 years for the Millennial Reign (7th iteration).

His Antichrist (Smith) claiming to be God the Son, trying to mimic Neo, is cast into Hell before the Kingdom starts as is his false prophet (whom I can't think of a spot for).
Morpheus must be John the Baptist who would point to the Messiah Neo who would reign for 1000 years before the New City in the New Earth are formed. Trinity encapsulates the Trinity as often God is named God for all 3 together as One Being, but the 3rd Person (Holy Spirit) is the Oracle intuitively guiding us. She touches all things.
