You do not need to know everything, be all-knowing, as God would be, to know if God exists as that would be self-contradictory, for obviously you are not God, never will be, and surely God has enough grace to reveal Himself instead of being a deistic absentee landlord. Sorry Antony Flew, you are going to Hell. There are two ways atheists try to deny the existence of the uncreated Creator. One, they say the universe was created from nothing, but we have no hard evidence of that. We only have evidence in nature of something from something. Therefore, according to this evidence, the universe can't start up from non-existence. Really, that which does not exist can't cause anything. A billion pound gorilla can't cause anything. Why? Because it doesn't exist. Second, atheists try to disprove God is by claiming the universe always existed in an infinite regress of cause and effects. But, of course, that is fallacious too, because if there was an eternity of the past of cause and effects in nature, by that very definition, you would have had an eternity to come into being before now, so you should have already happened, having had an eternity to do so. Surely an eternity is enough time. Do you need more time than an eternity? It gets even worse for the atheist, because by proposing an infinite regress of cause and effects in nature, contrawise, you should never have existed because a past eternity, by that very definition, would continue on for eternity, never reaching this point. A past eternity of cause and effects is a man-made delusional construct that goes completely against the above evidence. And of course, there is nothing to support infinite regress. So why even go down that rabbit hole of nonsense? It might make a good sci-fi movie but that's all. By this evidence, since nature can't start up from nothing, nor always have existed, we know that nature needs a cause outside of itself, outside of time and space, being uncreated. This uncreated Creator is whom we call God. Now that you know God exists, find out where He reveals Himself. God can't have morals below our own, for the greater can never be lesser than the created. Therefore, since we are personal and accessible so God is too. Only in Christianity does God personally enter His creation and make Himself accessible as the most widely accessible faith on the planet by His good graces. Since nobody can find a naturalistic explanation to account for ...
The 2015 total lunar tetrad I just found out to my amazement is a Super Blood Moon meaning it is the largest size (20% larger) at the perigee point to earth and it is seen from Israel at Tabernacles. Wow! Why should we know when Jesus returns? For the same reason we could count down the days (Dan. 9.24-27) from the declaration to rebuild the Temple (Neh. 2.1) there would be 7 sets of 7 (7 x 7 x 360) to rebuild the Temple then another 62 sets of 7 (7 x 62 x 360) after which the Messiah to be cut off for a total of 173,880 days to the 1st day of the 4 day inspection of the Lamb (March 28, 29, 30, 31) March 28, 33 AD Nisan 10 then Jesus died on the cross on Passover 4 days later on Nisan 14, April 1, 33 AD (Gregorian). Some call this April Fool’s Day to mock Jesus. 7 x 360 = 2,520 days the smallest number divisible by all numbers from 2 to 10 as a basic prophetic working unit. Likewise, since the first 4 feasts were on exact predictable days with respect to Christ, the last 3 feasts pertaining to His return are known days also. The best I have been able to surmise is some sort of battle with Israel is going to take place in 2014 or 2015 at the latest like at the 1949/50 Tetrad and 1967/68 Tetrad. And so we observe 2,520 days from Feast of Trumpets Sept. 14, 2015 to Tisha B’Av Aug. 7, 2022. Tisha B’Av was when the 1st and 2nd Temples were destroyed. However, there is a 7 year preparatory period, so we observe 2,550 days (1260 + 1260 + 30) from Feast of Trumpets Sept. 26, 2022 to Day of Atonement Sept. 19, 2029. In other words, first rapture according to readiness is Sept. 26, 2022 and Jesus steps down on the mount of olives Sept. 19, 2029 (if not on Tisha B’Av, 2029). Typically, the meaning of the 1290th day is Jesus steps down on the 1260th day and takes 30 days to the 1290th day to judge the nations. Amazing!
I don't think we should believe things without some sort of support or evidence for it. For example, I don't think we should be atheist or agnostic because there is nothing to support those ideas, but we do have evidence for God and evidence for the Christian God as follows as I see it. I know that non-existence can't cause anything to come into being because it doesn't exist. That should be enough, but I also have another reason which is we see cause and effect in nature over and over, time and again, with no hard evidence of something from nothing without assuming it. Therefore, this is a solid that nature ALWAYS needs a cause whether it be the first event of nature or anywhere in between. You don't need to know all things to know if this is true, just enough evidence is all you need which is what we have. Besides, if you had to know all things, you are claiming you would have to be God "all-knowing" (omniscient) to know for sure, but that is self-contradictory, because obviously you are not God, and do you remember creating the universe? How forgetful of you being all-knowing! Funny. The only other thing that one can try to fathom to fight off God is to say nature always existed, but that has two insurmountable serious flaws which are: 1) if nature always existed in an eternity of the past of cause and effects, then by that very definition, you would have had an eternity to come into being before now so you should have already happened. And... 2) you should never have existed because an alleged past eternity would continue to go on forever in the past so as to never reach this point. So by this overwhelming preponderance of evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, we can be certain nature needs a cause outside of itself, that is, outside of time and space, being uncreated. And that is what we are talking about the uncreated when we speak of God. Not only is God uncreated, always existed, but He can't be below us for the Creator is always greater than the created. Therefore, since we are personal, accessible, have a mind and self-consciousness, God must have all these attributes too. Anything less is debasing God for your own twisted and selfish thoughts. There is only 3 faiths that are pervasive enough (accessible enough around the globe) to meet the necessary criteria worth considering: Islam, Hinduism, Christianity. All other faiths or beliefs or world-views ...
