Those who administer the mark of the beast across the globe (Antichrist will replace 3 of them so 7 remain):

1) the 10 countries that formed the EU by 1981 right when Prince William was born (so representative countries), or
2) the Group of Ten or G-10 that refers to the group of countries that have agreed to participate in the General Arrangements to Borrow (GAB), or
3) 10 members of the 300 Club of Rome (central bankers, financial elite).

Who are the 7 heads?

The 7 regions of the world that receive the mark of the beast:

1) G-7 industrialized nations, or
2) the 7 institutions of the EU, or
3) the 7 regions of the world.

Who are the 3 that the little horn takes out?

1) England takes over Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, or
2) The 3 pillars of the EU that were amalgamated Dec. 1, 2009 so now the EU is considered a legal entry and has entry as member into the World Trade Organization (WTO), or
3) Greece, Italy and Portugal that go bankrupt, taken over by Germany.
