To reiterate, the key pinpoint point is this: when man fell did he become a robot (allowing some and not others as like a light switch turned on or off irregardless of the offering of choice) or did he still remain in God's image with the choice but needed wooing and convincing by divine mercy and grace?

A simple chart can help:

Fallen ---> unable Robot ---> some are picked and some not without offering of choice

OR

Fallen ---> sovereign choice proffered ---> evidence of choice some choose by the grace given and some still refuse even though grace was given

Does God want to walk with Robots? Or can He do better than that in a real relationship with His sons and daughters whom He foreknew their free-choice before the foundations of the world?

Some people just don't want to be saved God's way no matter how close they come to gospel. They don't want to give up what? CONTROL

Reformed Theology is control to not let go of one's self to be saved by grace through faith; instead, they assumed they were chosen robots and thus maintain control of self. Assumptions are deadly.
