What you could do is ask what if there was no Sudsy, and give Swain those 5 titles that Sudsy won, giving Swain a total of 11 titles. Taking Sudsy out completely makes the playing field easier for Swain. Now let's say Kane wins 5 more titles which is not unreasonable so he has a total of 12 titles. Kane is better. Based on results, the peak age for playing is 29 years old* so in their first encounters Swain had the advantage, but Kane beat Swain 4 times when Swain had the advantage and Swain only beat Kane once when Kane had the advantage.

* Still to this day (Feb. 2013), Kane has not lost a match without injury since 2009. In 2010 Kane turned 29. Many other anecdotal evidence indicate 29 is the peak playing age, e.g. Tim Landeryou at nearly the age of 29 beat Mike Green and won the two Selection Events (Nov. 2012 and Feb. 2013) in Canada for the first time.
** Assuming roughly the same distance away from peak playing age, the advantage goes to the more experienced player.
